    I loved coming to this location for a long time, but after many wrong sandwich orders I am done with this location after another wrong order today. This makes at least the 5th time they forget things and get the order wrong. The register person gives the sandwich maker a slip of what is on the order. If you can’t follow the slip, then change your set up so I can watch what your doing so I can make sure my order is correct.

    My online order got messed up. I got the wrong sandwich delivered and I spoke with the manager named John. He quickly resolved the issue and had the correct sub delivered within 30 min. I appreciate the great customer service! *****

    I've never been to Jimmy Johns. I don't like their commercials. There's some weirdo that keeps saying freak yeah. I can't imagine why they think that's a good commercial. The guy sounds like he's using meth.

    I ate here for my first time tonight. It was TERRIBLE. The bread was rock hard, could barely cut it with a knife. There also was hardly any meat in the sandwiches ( which they messed up). Would never go back again! Really aweful
